Delivery and shipping costs

The I LOVE FLORI online shop delivers within Germany and Austria via DHL while stocks last.

The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days in Germany and 6 to 8 working days in Austria after receipt of the complete and error-free order. The delivery time may be extended appropriately in the event of events (e.g., force majeure) that significantly complicate the delivery time and over which we have no control. We will notify you immediately.

Only adults who have a residential address in Germany or Austria can order.

Prices and payment methods

All prices stated in the I LOVE FLORI online shop include VAT.
In addition to the purchase price, shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.

We generally offer the following payment methods: Maestro, credit card, invoice, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna, eps transfer, Sofort.

For each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods.

Acceptance of your orders
