Shipment:
We ship our Forever Flowers and vases within Germany and
Austria with DHL.

The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days in Germany and 6 to 8 in Austria
Working days after receipt of the complete and error-free order. The delivery time may be extended appropriately if events (e.g., force majeure) occur that significantly complicate delivery and over which we have no control. We will notify you immediately. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.

Our packaging is made primarily from recycled materials. Our filling chips, which protect your products, are plant-based.

Returns:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email: customerservice@iloveflori.com
Please send us photos of the damaged goods and, if possible, the box.

If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it within 14 days. We only accept
Items that still have the original label and are in the original packaging. Damage or soiling caused by gross negligence will not be accepted and will be charged.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs for the return.
